Adrián Villaseñor Galarza, PhD
I am the founder and director of the Bioalchemy Institute & its sister project, the Work That Reconnects Latin America. I’m an Associate Professor at the California Institute of Integral Studies, and Adjunct Professor at Naropa University and Antioch University.
I am an integral ecopsychologist, international facilitator, ritualist, author, and contemplative practitioner whose work weaves together the psycho-spiritual study of the Earth-human relationship, animist principles, and contemplative wisdom.
I have been engaged in transformative education for over 20 years and, for the past 12 years, have also worked individually with people through a contemplative, eco-systemic, animist, and transpersonal lens. I am the author of several books and the Spanish translator of Joanna Macy’s seminal work on eco-spirituality, resilience, group work, and systems thinking.
The lineages of beauty, wisdom, and compassion that I have honored since my teens continue to guide my commitment to personal transformation and socio-ecological flourishing. My work has become a point of reference in Latin American in the fields of Nature Reconnection, Ecopsychologies, and Earth-based Spirituality.

Felipe Landaeta Farizo, PhD
I feel called to contribute to spaces of growth and personal transformation that can enrich human relationships and, ultimately, our relationship with the natural world.
I trained as a psychologist and have been a professor at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in Chile since 2009. I specialize in transpersonal psychology, with a particular interest in somatic and experiential therapeutic approaches such as Focusing, Holotropic Breathwork, Systemic Constellations, and trauma-informed body-based work.
I have a particular interest in non-ordinary states of consciousness and their therapeutic potential, an area to which I have devoted myself through both research and practice. I have maintained a private psychotherapy practice since 2009 and facilitated Holotropic Breathwork sessions since 2010. In 2019, I directed the study “The Impact of Joanna Macy’s The Work That Reconnects.”

Cinthia Pérez del Río
My life and service have long been devoted to caring for the Earth and witnessing the transformations that unfold both within and around us—the movements of the heart that connect us with the larger rhythms of life.
I am an eco-somatic doula, guardian of birth and death, activist, and student of community gerontology and psychology. Several years ago, I encountered the methodology and lived experience of the Work That Reconnects, which transformed the way I perceive, embrace, and accompany community processes.
My intention is to serve the flourishing of life in all its forms while accompanying and continuing to honor my lineage.
Maria Julieta Salvi
I have a deep interest in the development of consciousness in service of caring for nature and life on Earth. I trained as a Psychosomatic Counselor, exploring the connections among body, mind, and our spiritual dimension. This path led me to the practice and in-depth study of Yoga, Ayurveda, Vedic Astrology, and the principle of InterBeing. I have practiced and taught Yoga for 20 years, with a particular interest in the relationship between our inner and outer nature.
I have explored the worldviews of Indigenous peoples of the Americas, which have brought me into relationship with the ancestral knowledge of our territories. I am also engaged with Permaculture and Regeneration. I completed graduate studies in Cultural Diversity and Human Rights, specializing in Indigenous Peoples, as well as training in Sustainability Design through Gaia Education.
I studied Sustainable Tourism Management and lead nature-immersion journeys that cultivate greater awareness and love for the Earth. My engagement with Deep Ecology and the Work That Reconnects has deeply inspired my work and my commitment to helping these approaches take root in Argentina.
